EARLY WINTER 30 DAYS
WINTER has a bueaty all its own. I remember the beautiful cold still nights when the moon would be full and stars ever shining so brightly. It would look almost like day light when there was snow on the ground.. And my brother Duane and I would watch the big white Jack rabbits play out side..Oh there were so many trails they would leave, and all the other animal tracks, there was no hiding their tracks in the snow. Some days the frost was real heavy every thing had a beauty of its own, The painting of the two whitetail was a quick painting of a winter morning at sunrise. Nothing special, simply just a thought of the moment, the tracks in snow, fence , a few winter colors, to capture the winter season. As an artist it's the small inspiritations. It is the simple things of life that mean so much. This is something the world has lost today.. Some how the more complicated we think the better, not always so.
