Joseph life has some very intersting events that prepared him for the role he was to preform. It was to Joseph  and his two sons that the BIRTHRIGHT BLESSINGS WERE PASSED ONTO. Also the name ISRAEL?

Together  these two lads, were to grow into THE PROMISED multitude -- the nation and company of nations. THE NATIONAL BLESSINGS ARE POURED UPON THEM JOINTLY. But not the other tribes.
